Spanning two freehold titles, the block comprises 142.52ha with a Net Stocked Area (NSA) of approximately 134.1ha of Pinus Radiata on its first rotation, planted with seedlings from Rotorua in May/June 2022. Rotorua, planted at 1,000 stems per hectare. Approximately 3ha of mature forest borders Hoggs Road.
Recently registered 130.61ha of forest in the ETS under averaging, enabling carbon cashflow for the first 16 years.
