Hoggs Road Forest is contained on two freehold titles, the block is 142.52ha with a Net Stocked Area (NSA) of approximately 134.1ha of Pinus Radiata on its first rotation planted in May/June 2022 with seedlings ex. Rotorua, planted at 1,000 stems per hectare.  Approximately 3ha of mature forest borders Hoggs Road.130.61ha of forest was recently registered in the ETS under averaging allowing for carbon cashflow for the first 16 years.

Access throughout the block is via a series of 4wd tracks with relatively easy contours making for good access. Additional features include a woolshed, deer yards and implements shed contained on the smaller title. Two small paddocks were left unplanted in anticipation of being staging areas for logs come harvest.
