Tregoweth Forest is a prime King Country forestry investment comprising 349.4ha of freehold land with multiple access points off Waimiha Road, separating the property into eastern and western blocks. The property offers scale, strong infrastructure, and a well-balanced age class profile within an established forestry location.

The current net stocked area is approximately 132.7ha, with a further 125.4ha scheduled for planting during the 2026 season, resulting in an estimated productive area of 255.4ha. The forest features a mixed age class structure, combining recent 2025 plantings with established 2005/2006 stands located on the north-western side of the property. These older stands comprise both pruned and structural regimes and are demonstrating excellent growth and form.
